A well made basic sweater is key to the basis of any wardrobe, and this garment is no exception. Knitted from two ply cashmere or wool in an 'off gauge' set up creates a beautifully light and delicate fabric. Its knitted seamlessly for a stylish, clean look perfect for layering with it's neatly hemmed neckline and cuffs.

Expertly created by our artisans here at Corgi HQ, each individual pieces that make up the garment are meticulously shaped by hand and by needle to create the perfect fit. Visible needle shaping's along the shoulder seams and neckline are a recognised feature of handmade knitted garments. It's finished with a single rounded 1x1 ribbed collar, cuffs and hem. It's slim fit and shorter length makes it the perfect accompaniment to high-rise denim.

All our knitwear is handmade to order in our factory in South Wales and will take us up to 3 weeks to create. It is made especially for you, which means we are able to offer a level of customization – special measurements, or initials or names knitted into the garment, or choose another colour from our selection of 54 colours available. When you have placed your order, simply contact us within 48 hours to arrange a personal consultation if you would like to discuss any special requirements. We’ll do our best to accommodate them at no extra cost.

100% Pure Lamb's Wool

Fine lamb's wool provides exceptional warmth and softness, perfect for winter accessories and a touch of luxury. This exquisite fibre is a classic choice for a finer knit perfect for everyday wear.

100% Pure Cashmere

We use only the finest most luxurious grade of cashmere available, taken from the underbelly of Himalayan goats living high in the mountains. The cashmere fibres we use average only 16 microns in diameter, or one quarter the diameter of a human hair. They are processed and dyed in the UK by the world’s leading cashmere yarn manufacturer before being knitted into the most exquisite knitwear, offering unbeatable softness and quality.

We make all our products here in our Welsh factory. We hire local designers' craftsmen and women to create the very best products from design to finishing. It's all done in house.
